There is nothing like experiencing the beauty of Wisconsin fall colors, whether by car, boat or bike. Here is just a sampling of some of our favorite ways to view Wisconsin during Autumn:

Bird’s Eye View in Wausau - A trip to the state park at the top of Rib Mountain is a must see! The drive up is awash in color and the view of the Wisconsin River Valley is spectacular. A section of the Ice Age Trail is a short drive away at the Dells of Eau Claire County Park. High Cliff State ParkFox Cities Fall Color Viewing - Start at High Cliff State Park and view the colors from the cliffs above Lake Winnebago.   Head west on highway 114 around the north end of the Lake and into Menasha.  Stop at the Heckrodt Wetland Reserve.  Follow 114 into Neenah, and turn east at the intersection of 114 and Wisconsin Avenue and continue to Lake Winnebago around Kimberly Point and into Riverside Park for a beautiful display of colors.  800-236-6673, http://www.foxcities.org/news.cfm?nid=6

Wisconsin Dells Autumn’s Color Vistas on Land & Water - Only in Wisconsin Dells can you see autumn’s color kaleidoscope from the vantage point of a Duck.  The Dells sports the world’s largest fleet of WWII land-to-water vehicles known as Ducks, and a Duck ride on the Wisconsin River to admire the sandstone bluffs and flora sprouting from them is nearly mandatory. 800.223.3557, www.wisdells.com

Steven Point's Green Circle Trail - Get upclose and personal with fall colors, while you leisurely follow the Green Circle Trail in the Stevens Point Area.
