About the community
The Kenosha Area is Wisconsin’s southeastern most community and is nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan midway between Milwaukee and Chicago. It is an area rich with history, yet brimming with new growth and revitalization. Choose from an array of meeting and event venues from traditional hotels and conference centers to restored historical properties with nostalgic flair. The Kenosha Area is also home to three new and expansive sports complexes suitable for tournaments and exhibitions.

Attractions
It’s all attractive in the Kenosha Area, from the inspiring beauty of Lake Michigan to the shopping paradise of Prime Outlets at Pleasant Prairie. Kenosha’s new lakefront development, HarborPark, boasts the Kenosha Public Museum and the Civil War Museum along with nearly 70 acres of parkland with paved paths, breathtaking sculptures and fountains and the Electric Streetcar Circulator. The Kenosha History Center is nearby. Enjoy some of the best charter fishing this side of Lake Michigan or hit the links at several challenging golf courses.
